This website is offered as a free service to you for your conveince. Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to all the terms of use contained in this document and the Privacy Policy.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selections, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payments. Visa Mastercard Switch Amex Solo Visa Electron and Maestro via our Worldpay account.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. In some cases backordered items maybe charged for prior to shipping.

All products are guaranteed by the manufacturer 'This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer'

Should you wish to return an item you have 7 days from date of delivery to contact us and obtain a goods return number. We do not pay return postage, and it is up to you to return the goods with all the fittings and instructions in a re saleable condition only. Goods returned incomplete or with torn or damaged suppliers packing will be returned to you and postage charged.

We recommend you send the goods by recorded delivery and we accept no liability for goods posted by you but not received by us. We also reserve the right to charge a handling/re packing charge on returned items.

If you are swapping a product for an item of greater value, we will charge the difference to the original card that was used to purchase the item/s, unless YOU advise us otherwise.

Shipping And Handling

UK Orders Postage is calculated by weight

We reserve the right to despatch your order by carrier which is a three /four day delivery service, some items are sent direct from the supplier and can take a few more days.

Delivery

We attempt to dispatch your order as soon as possible (in many cases the same day / next day we download your order. but excluding Saturday and Sunday )

We would expect you to receive it WITHIN seven WORKING days. The goods will be sent by Parcel force standard parcels. If no one is at home, Parcel force will leave a note advising how to get your parcel.

Sometimes due to the weight over 20kg, your order may be sent by carrier this may take up to 7 days.

IMPORTANT. Claims for missing or damaged goods, can only be investigated if reported to us within 28 days of the ordering date.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it and send it to you as soon as possible, No extra postage charge will be made for split orders

Credit Card Security

We know of NO documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Credit card sales are important to us, so at no time would we compromise your security. The system we use has the approval of our Credit

YOU must use your Internet Service Provider E mail. International orders are also subject to further verification with the card issuing bank. It is our policy to report all instances of Credit Card Fraud.
